How’s it going out there, blog readers? Hopefully you’re feeling as fine as I am! And if you’re not in a good mood before reading this, there’s no possible way you can click away from this blog without feeling better!  


Why? Because there are way too many adorable pictures for me to share from my recent newborn shoot with baby K, who’s only 13 days old! PLUS, her big brother & sisters joined the party to make for an even more memorable newborn session! I’m getting ahead of myself, though. Let’s start with this beautiful little girl

CAN WE TALK ABOUT THAT perfect little one in pink? HOLY CUTENESS BATMAN! She didn't sleep much during our photo session, so we have a wide-awake newborn. As a matter of fact, she didn't fuss much at all. She was just perfect the whole time.

We also did a different setup for baby K. It matched the home decor a little more.

Mom and dad also wanted to be sure their new addition received some special portraits of her alone with her mom and dad. We used a window in the family for some backlit portraits. I just love how they turned out! The black and white is my favorite.

DID YOU KNOW WE COME TO YOUR HOME FOR YOUR NEWBORN PHOTOSHOOT? THIS WORKS GREAT FOR OLDER SIBLINGS AS WELL. YOU SEE, WHEN THEY ARE DONE WITH THEIR PART IN PHOTOS, THEY CAN GO PLAY, DO HOMEWORK, OR HANG OUT WITH FRIENDS LIKE THEY USUALLY DO. THIS WAS ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT TO THIS FAMILY.
